SMTS secure two awards for exceptional customer service

It has been announced today that in a wholly independent survey, Stewart Milne Timber Systems has been accredited with a “Gold Award” and “Outstanding Achievement” award for customer satisfaction. The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research Ltd,  are based purely on our customer feedback.

In the survey year covering customers from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020, over 90% of customers said they would recommend Stewart Milne Timber Systems to their friends.

The outstanding award has been accredited to Stewart Milne Timber Systems for achieving a Net Promoter Score over 65 placing us in the top 10% of companies measured.
